摘要
目的:以实习护生的专题实习体验为切入点,探析临床教学改革的经验教训。方法:借鉴行动研究和Claizzi现象学分析法,采用Nvivo 11.0对所收集的63名护生的专题实习小品文进行分析,提炼主题。结果:共发现3个主题:积极的体验、消极的评价、改进的策略。结论:专题实习可促进临床教学质量提高,但在沟通、监管及要求方面亟待改善。
        Objective: This study examined nursing interns' experience of focused practicum to learn from this clinical instructional reform action. Methods: Inspired by the methodology of action research and Claizzi's phenomenology, 63 nursing interns' essays about the focused practicum were analyzed using Nvivo 11.0 to identify themes. Results: Three themes were found, i.e. positive experiences, negative comments and strategies for improvement. Conclusions: The focused practicum stressed the deep learning among nursing interns, which improved the quality of clinical instruction, but more actions shall be taken to improve the communication, supervision and performance standard.
