沙千水库大坝三维有限元分析及体型优化设计

摘要
为改善坝体应力分布、减小大坝填筑工程量、提高工程投资技术经济性,在沙千水库设计阶段对大坝结构体型进行了优化设计。采用拱梁分载法和三维有限元法,对大坝应力分布和坝基(肩)稳定性进行设计计算。分析结果表明,优化前重力拱坝体型较中厚拱坝体型优。经ADAO程序拟定另外12种体型进行设计对比分析,优化后大坝体型由重力拱坝体型变为中厚拱坝体型,在大坝应力及结构稳定性得到合理改善的同时,坝体方量节省约8 300 m~3,节省了工程投资。
        In order to improve the structure's stress distribution,reduce the dam body filling amount,and improve the technical and economic of engineering investment,the dam structure type was optimized during design stage of Shaqian Reservoir. The structure's stress distribution and foundation( abutment) stability of dam has been detail calculated based on the Arch beam load sharing method and three-dimensional finite element method,the analysis results show that the gravity arch dam type is superior to the medium thick arch dam type before optimization. Another 12 body types have been comparatively analyzed by ADAO program,the dam type has been changed from gravity arch dam to medium thick arch dam type after optimization,the dam stress and structural stability can be reasonably improved at the same time the dam body filling amount has been save about 8300 m~3 which can effectively save the project investment.
