前牙牙冠延长术后行不同修复材料冠修复对牙周状况及预后的影响

摘要
目的:研究前牙牙冠延长术后行不同修复材料冠修复对牙周状况及预后的影响。方法:回顾性分析2013年1月至2015年12月漯河市第二人民医院口腔科及解放军总医院口腔科接受前牙牙冠延长术治疗的120例患者(患牙136颗)临床资料,按照临时冠修复时所采用的不同修复材料分为两组,研究组采用氧化锆材料进行冠修复患者66例(患牙73例),对照组采用钴铬合金材料为内冠的金属烤瓷冠进行冠修复患者54例(患牙63例),对比两组临床治疗情况。结果:治疗后牙周状况正常所占比例研究组(93. 15%)显著高于对照组(74. 60%)(P<0. 01),同时临时冠佩戴时间与恢复时间研究组(14. 45±4. 02,60. 23±8. 95)显著短于对照组(21. 39±5. 41,94. 56±10. 26)(P<0. 01);此外,研究组预后指标PLI(2. 10±0. 95)、BI(2. 02±0. 65)及MD(1. 75±1. 01)均显著优于对照组(5. 58±1. 47,4. 55±1. 25,4. 63±1. 12)(P<0. 05)。结论:前牙牙冠延长术后行氧化锆材料修复对牙周状况及预后具有积极影响,值得临床应用推广。
Objective: To study the effect of different restoration materials on the periodontal status and prognosis following crown lengthening of anterior teeth. Methods: The clinical data of 120 patients(teeth 136) who had received anterior teeth crown lengthening surgery in our hospital between January 2013 and June 2015 were reviewed. They were divided into two groups according to the different materials given. The 54 patients(63 teeth) receiving cobalt chromium alloy material for crown restorations were set as control group, whereas the 66 patients(73 teeth) given zirconia materials for restoration as study group. The clinical treatment results in the two groups were compared. Results: Clinically normal periodontal status in the study group accounted for 93.15%, significantly higher than that in the control group(74.60%)(P<0.01). The time for temporary crown wearing(14.45±4.02) and time for recovery(60.23±8.95) in the study group were both significantly shorter than those in the control group(21.39±5.41, 94.56±10.26)(P<0.01). In addition, the prognosis indicators PLI(2.10±0.95)、BI(2.02±0.65) and MD(1.75±1.01) in the study group was also better than the control group(5.58 ±1.47, 4.55±1.25,4.63±1.12), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: After anterior teeth crown lengthening,oxidation zirconium material is with better effect for the periodontal status and prognosis of the patients.
