机电静压伺服电动泵浮板配流结构连通套压紧系数的探讨

摘要
针对一种可适用于高压、大流量机电静压伺服电动泵的浮板配流结构,采用FLUENT软件对连通套盘式摩擦副内液膜以层流模型进行三维流场数值模拟,得到液膜流场分布(压力场、速度场);研究不同连通套密封端面外径尺寸对液膜开启力的影响,确定连通套盘式摩擦副压紧系数范围,为浮板配流结构的进一步设计提供了参考。
        Aiming at a kind of floating plate structure which was suitable for high-pressured and large-flowed electro-hydrostatic servo motor pump, FLUENT software was used to simulate liquid film's three-dimensional flow of connecting sleeve's plate-type friction pair with a laminar flow model. The liquid film flow distribution(such as pressure and velocity) was gotten. The effects of different connecting sleeve's outside diameters on film open force were researched. The balance factor range of the connecting sleeve's plate-type friction pair was identified.All of these provide reference for further design of the floating plate structure.
