羧基化苯胺三聚体的制备及防腐性研究

摘要
采用化学氧化法及羧基化反应制备了具有可溶性的羧基化苯胺三聚体,并使用紫外、红外光谱对其结构进行了表征。同时将其作为缓蚀剂加入环氧树脂中制备了环氧防腐涂料,通过极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱、耐盐水性试验评价了其对Q235钢的缓蚀性。结果表明:羧基化苯胺三聚体在二甲基亚砜中的溶解度达到了52 mg/m L,随着羧基化苯胺三聚体在环氧防腐涂料中的含量从0增加到0.90%,防腐涂料的防腐性也逐渐提高,特别是当羧基化苯胺三聚体的含量为0.45%和0.90%时,防腐涂层在划叉耐3.5%盐水试验中,720 h内没有出现起泡现象,且锈蚀宽度小于1 mm。同时,通过计算腐蚀电流密度可知,当羧基化苯胺三聚体的含量为0.45%时,其缓蚀效率达到了99%,表现出优异的防腐性能。
        A carboxylated aniline trimer( CAT) was prepared by chemical oxidation and carboxylation reaction,FT-IR and UV-visible spectroscopy were used to characterize its structure. Then the epoxy coating was prepared by using carboxylated aniline trimer as corrosion inhibitor. Its anticorrosive property was evaluated by polarization curve,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and salt resistance test on Q235 steel. The results showed that the solubility of carboxylated aniline trimer in dimethyl sulfoxide was up to 52 mg/m L,the corrosion resistance of epoxy coating increased gradually with the increase of the content of carboxylated aniline trimer in epoxy anticorrosive coating from 0 to 0. 90%,no blister was found on the surface of the coating after 720 h cross scratch neutral salt spray test,and the rusted frontier around the scratch was less than 1 mm. Moreover,when the CAT content was 0. 45%,its inhibition efficiency was up to 99%,indicating excellent anticorrosive performance.
