何复东“二仙汤”从肾“三辨(病-证-状态)论治”更年期功能性消化不良

摘要
何复东教授认为功能性消化不良初期常以肝气郁结,脾胃虚弱为主,多由情志不遂、劳倦伤脾、寒温失调等因素所致,病位在中焦胃,涉及肝、脾,进一步发展则以肝郁脾虚、肝郁肾虚多见;久病则肝郁脾肾两虚,发为更年期功能性消化不良;提出"辨病、辨证、辨状态"的"三辨论治"独到见解;何老认为胃肾关系密切,临床治疗从补肾入手,独辟蹊径,疗效显著,以二仙汤为基础,加减应用,根据症状采用补肾健脾、补肾疏肝、补肾泻火等治法,调节"下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴"。附验案三则。
