摘要
江西金山金矿体以缓倾斜薄至中厚矿体为主,针对部分10 m以上的中厚矿体,提出了采用上向水平分层充填采矿方法开采,并对凿岩爆破工艺进行改进,提出了一种浅孔凿岩扇形布孔的回采工艺。通过在江西金山金矿的实践表明:该技术可操作性强,采场生产能力由67 t/d提高到124 t/d,降低了采矿成本,保障了作业安全性,增加了企业经济效益。
The ore bodies of Jinshan Gold Mine in Jiangxi are mainly gently inclined thin to medium thick ore bodies. The study came up with upward horizontal slicing and filling mining method to mine part of the medium thick ore bodies with the thickness over 10 m,and renovated the drilling and blasting process,leading to a short-hole drilling and fan-shaped hole alignment high-efficient stoping process. The practice in Jinshan Gold Mine in Jiangxi shows that the process is highly applicable,raising the stope production capacity from 67 t/d to 124 t/d,lowering mining cost,guaranteeing operation safety and improving profitability for enterprises.
