摘要
通过比较不同诱芯种类、诱捕器类型及悬挂高度对斜纹夜蛾的诱捕效果,从而优化斜纹夜蛾性诱剂田间使用技术。结果表明,宁波纽康生物技术有限公司诱芯的诱捕效果(7 d诱蛾量65.8头)稍高于北京中捷四方生物科技有限公司(59.9头),但二者之间没有显著差异;夜蛾类诱捕器显著优于新型飞蛾诱捕器,其7 d诱蛾量是新型飞蛾诱捕器的2.1~3.9倍;诱捕器悬挂在50 cm处的诱捕效果最好,诱蛾量分别是悬挂在20,100 cm处的1.5~2.7倍和1.2~1.7倍。基于此,建议在甘蓝田应用时使用宁波纽康诱芯、夜蛾类诱捕器以及诱捕器悬挂于50 cm处防治斜纹夜蛾。
        For optimization of sex pheromone trap of Spodoptera litura, the effects of different factors, such as different sources induced core, types of traps and hanging heights were studied in cabbage fields. The results showed that the adults trapped by different sources induced core(Ningbo Newcon Biological Industry and Beijing Pherobio Technology Industry) was similar, and the average trapping amount per week were 65.8 and 59.9 heads, respectively. The trap(PT-NT)was significantly better than the PT-FMT, and its weekly moth was 2.1-3.9 times higher than that of the PT-FMT. The trapping effects of the trap hanging at 50 cm height was better than that at 20 cm and 100 cm, and its weekly moth was 1.5-2.7, 1.2-1.7 times higher than that of the 20 cm and 100 cm height, respectively.In conclusion, the lure of Ningbo newcon biological industry is more suitable for control of Spodoptera litura in cabbage field, and PT-NT trap and hanging height at 50 cm is recommended.
