某水电站上机架-定子机座系统受力分析及变形研究

摘要
为保证服役时间较长的水电机组上机架及定子机座的稳定性,采用有限元计算得到某水电站各工况下上机架-定子机座的受力及变形数据,并与现场变形测试数据进行对比,验证建模和有限元计算的合理性及精度。计算及测试结果表明,上机架-定子机座系统在任何工况下都可以满足机组长期稳定运行的需求。所提出的以变形测试结果与有限元计算分析结果对比的方法,是一种能较为可靠地提高建模及计算分析准确度和可信度的方法。
        In order to ensure the stability of upper bracket and stator frame of hydroelectric generating units which have operated a long time,the finite element calculation method is adopted to obtain the stresses and deformations of upper bracket and stator frame of a hydropower station under various operation conditions. The calculation results are compared with on-site test data of deformation of upper bracket and stator frame for verifying the rationality and accuracy of modeling and finite element calculation. The calculation and test results show that the upper bracket and stator frame system can meet long-term stable operation of unit under any operation conditions. The method presented herein is a reliable method to improve the accuracy and reliability of modeling and calculation analysis.
