摘要
为了改善皮革的染色性能,将壳聚糖季铵盐用于皮革染色中,探讨了壳聚糖季铵盐整理工艺对染料上染率、革样耐摩擦色牢度、染色废液中染料质量浓度的影响,并与壳聚糖助染效果进行对比。结果表明:壳聚糖季铵盐用于皮革染色可提高染料上染率、革样耐摩擦色牢度,降低废液中染料的质量浓度,当用量为1.6%(omf)时效果最佳。对比不同的加入顺序发现,壳聚糖季铵盐在染色后期使用助染效果好,并且优于壳聚糖。
In order to improve the dyeing performance of leather, chitosan quaternary ammonium salt was used in leather dyeing. The effects of chitosan quaternary ammonium salt finishing process on dye uptake, rubbing fastness of leather samples and dye concentration in dyeing wastewater were discussed, which were compared with the effect of chitosan assistant dyeing. The results showed that the application of quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan in leather dyeing could improve dye uptake, rubbing fastness of leather samples, and reduce the concentration of dyes in wastewater. When the dosage was 1.6%(omf), the effect was the best. Comparing different adding order, it was found that the dyeing assistant effect of quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan was better than that of chitosan in the later dyeing stage.
