摘要
以环保型葡萄糖为还原剂,研究了中药青黛对涤纶无纺布的还原法染色,通过单因素实验确定了还原、染色工艺,并测试了织物的色牢度。优化的青黛还原工艺条件为:氢氧化钠10 g/L,还原剂葡萄糖20 g/L,60℃还原30 min,料液比1∶50。优化的无纺布青黛染色工艺条件为:青黛10%(omf),浴比1∶50,pH 6.0,130℃上染30 min。青黛染色的无纺布织物耐干摩擦色牢度为4~5级、耐湿摩擦色牢度为3~4级,耐皂洗褪色4~5级,棉涤沾色均为5级,能够达到染色产品的要求。
The reduction dyeing of non-woven fabric with environmentally friendly glucose as reducing agent by indigo naturalis was studied. The optimum reduction and dyeing process were determined through single factor experiment, and the color fastness were tested. The optimum reduction process was as follows:sodium hydroxide 10 g/L, reducing agent glucose 20 g/L, reduced at 60 ℃ for 30 min, bath ratio 1∶50. The optimal dyeing process was as follows: indigo naturalis 10%(omf), bath ratio 1∶50, pH=6.0, dyed at 130 ℃ for 30 min. The non-woven fabrics dyed with indigo naturalis had color fastness to dry rubbing of grade 4~5, color fastness to wet rubbing of grade 3~4, color fastness to soap-wash fading of grade 4~5 and color fastness to cotton or polyester staining of grade 5, which could meet the requirements of dyed products.
