聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液制造重组装饰材/单板的工艺研究

摘要
以樟子松旋切单板为原料,采用聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液制造重组装饰材/单板,对胶黏剂施胶工艺和应用性能进行研究。结果表明:采用聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液可以生产出甲醛释放量0.3 mg/L以下的环保重组装饰单板。交联剂用量5%,涂胶量160 g/m2时,此胶黏剂在生产应用中可操作性佳、胶合质量好,制得的重组装饰材存放20 d内质量依然达到生产要求,刨切重组装饰单板优等率80%以上。
Using pinus sylvestris rotary cut veneer as the raw material, the application properties and construction technology of polyvinyl acetate emulsion(PVAc) in manufacturing reconstituted decorative lumber/veneer were studied. The results indicated that PVAc could be used to manufacture environmentally-friendly reconstituted decorative veneer with formaldehyde emission less than0.3 mg/l. The adhesive had good application properties when the amount of cross-linking agent and spread was 5% and 160 g/m2 respectively. The reconstituted decorative lumber still met production requirements within 20 days, and excellent ratio of reconstituted decoration veneer could reach over 80%.
