摘要

建于1931年的百乐门舞厅为上海市优秀历史建筑,使用方拟对房屋一~三层舞厅部分进行重新装修。为了解房屋现状,给后续装修设计提供依据,对房屋进行了现场检测,分析了房屋的安全性和抗震性能,提出了相应的处理措施。
        The historical building Paramount Hall was built in 1931,the holder intend to repair and reconstruction the east part of the building. For invest the current status of the building and provide technical foundation for further design,in-situ inspection was implemented and the structural safety and seismic capacity were analyzed,then the corresponding measures were put forward.
