摘要
介绍了离心泵泵压加注系统组成和工作原理,通过计算离心泵和泵压加注系统的扬程,得到扬程与流量关系式,绘制离心泵扬程与流量特性曲线和泵压系统扬程曲线,由两条曲线相交确定离心泵工作点。然后绘制泵压加注系统在管路流阻、容器液位动态变化情况下离心泵工作点的变化曲线,分别和离心泵扬程与流量特性曲线相交,分析曲线图上不同流阻、液位下的离心泵工作点,得出导致离心泵偏离正常工作点的主要因素。理论分析结果经验证与泵压加注系统实际运行结果基本一致。依据分析结果,制定了针对性的控制措施,达到提高离心泵加注系统的工作可靠性的目的。
This paper briefly introduces working principle and system composition of pumping pressure filling system for the centrifugal pump. By calculating the lift of centrifugal pump and pumping pressure filling system,the relationship between fiow and lift is obtained. The characteristic curves of lift and flow of centrifugal pump as well as the lift curve of pumping pressure filling system are drawn,in which the working point of centrifugal pump is determined by the intersection of both curves. Then,the variation curve of the operating point of centrifugal pump is drawn under the dynamic change of fluid resistance in pipeline and the liquid level in container,which intersects with the lift and flow characteristic curves of the centrifugal pump respectively. By analyzing the working point of centrifugal pump at different fluid resistances and liquid levels,major factors that cause the centrifugal pump to deviate from the normal working point are obtained. It is verfied that the theoretical analysis results are basically consistent with the actual operating results of the pumping pressure filling system. According to the analysis results,the specific control measures are formulated to improve the reliability of filling system for centrifugal pump.
