上颌窦内提升术种植修复对上颌后牙缺失患者的疗效分析

摘要
目的:研究上颌窦内提升术种植修复对上颌后牙缺失患者的疗效。方法:以2015年2月～2017年2月我院收治的上颌后牙缺失患者84例为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法均分成研究组与对照组。对照组予以常规临床种植修复治疗,研究组则予以上颌窦内提升术种植修复治疗。分别比较两组临床疗效,咀嚼功能恢复时间、治疗时间,术后并发症发生情况以及美观满意度情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率相比对照组较高(P<0.05)。研究组咀嚼功能恢复时间、治疗时间相比对照组较低(均P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率相比对照组较低(P<0.05)。研究组美观满意度相比对照组较高(P<0.05)。结论:上颌窦内提升术种植修复治疗上颌后牙缺失患者的疗效显著,有利于促进患者咀嚼功能的恢复,同时降低术后并发症发生风险,提高美观满意度。值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To study the effect of maxillary sinus augmentation for the treatment of maxillary posterior tooth loss. Methods: 84 patients with maxillary posterior tooth loss admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were taken as the study subjects, and were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional clinical implantation and repair, while the study group was treated with implantation and repair of maxillary sinus augmentation. The clinical efficacy, chewing function recovery time, treatment time, postoperative complications and aesthetic satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time and treatment time of chewing function were lower in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the study group than in the control group(P <0.05). The aesthetic satisfaction of the study group was higher than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion: Maxillary sinus internal promotion in implant prosthesis in the treatment of maxillary teeth loss patients after curative effect is distinct, chewing function, promote patients, reduce the risk of postoperative complications occurred at the same time, improve the aesthetic satisfaction. Which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
