摘要
目的:观察Abi3bp蛋白在小鼠下颌骨发育过程中的表达变化特点。方法:取胚胎第14.5天、第18.5天(简写为E14.5、E18.5),出生后1、14、28 d(简写为P1、P14、P28)的C57BL/6J小鼠下颌骨标本,应用免疫组织化学方法检测Abi3bp在小鼠下颌骨发育过程中不同时期的表达情况。结果:胚胎E14.5~E18.5时期,Abi3bp蛋白在小鼠下颌骨的表达逐渐增强,而在梅克尔软骨中未见表达。出生后P1时,Abi3bp在下颌骨中蛋白较胚胎时期表达有所降低,到牙齿萌出以后的P14和P28时,其表达增强且保持相对稳定。结论:Abi3bp蛋白在小鼠下颌骨发育过程中表达呈动态变化,提示其可能在下颌骨膜内成骨的早期发育、牙萌出后的颌骨生理改建及稳定中发挥作用。
        Objective: To investigate the expression pattern of Abi3bp in the development process of mouse mandible.Methods: Mandible samples of C57 BL/6 J mice of E14.5, E18.5, postnatal day 1(P1), day 14(P14) and day 28(P28) were collected. The expressions of Abi3bp protein in mouse mandible were detected by immunohistochemistry staining. Results: Gradually increasing expression of Abi3bp protein in mouse mandible from sample E14.5 to E18.5 were observed,and no obvious expression were observed in Meckel's cartilage. After birth, the expression of Abi3bp in P1's mandible was weaker when compared to embryonic stage, and then the expression increased and remained relatively stable at P14 and P28 after tooth eruption. Conclusion: Abi3bp showed dynamic expression patterns at different stages through the development process of mouse mandible, which implied that it may play a role in the early intramembranous bone formation of mandible, and in the physiological remodeling and stability after tooth eruption.
