摘要
本文采用高氯酸-氢氟酸-硝酸处理样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定地质样品的W、Mo,避免了极谱法汞对人体的伤害,测定的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=8)小于2.0%。该方法适用于地质样品W、Mo的检测,重现性好,灵敏度较高,能满足简单、快速、批量分析要求。
        In this paper, the samples were treated with perchloric acid-hydrofluoric acid-nitric acid. The inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used to determine W and Mo in geological samples, which avoided the damage of mercury in the polarographic method. The relative standard deviation(RSD, n) = 8) less than 2.0%. The method is suitable for the detection of W and Mo in geological samples, has good reproducibility and high sensitivity, and can meet the requirements of simple, rapid and batch analysis.
