摘要
目的:探讨分析鲁南地区泌尿系结石患者的结石成分,为当地的临床防治提供依据。方法:选取鲁南地区泌尿系结石标本340例,采用红外光谱法确定其结石成分,并结合临床资料进行分析。结果:340例患者中,年龄12~89岁,平均(53.36±25.46)岁,高发年龄为45~59岁;男女比例为2.271;上下尿路结石比例为7.501;单一成分结石和混合成分结石分别占结石成分总数的52.65%和47.35%;草酸钙结石检出率最高,为255例(75.00%),其次为尿酸类结石121例(35.59%)和感染性结石110例(32.35%);草酸钙结石、尿酸类结石分别于青年组(19~44岁)、老年组(≥60岁)检出率最高;上尿路草酸钙结石检出率高于下尿路,下尿路尿酸类结石检出率高于上尿路。结论:鲁南地区泌尿系结石成分以草酸钙为主,存在着年龄、性别、发病部位及地域的差异,这对该地区的临床防治具有重要意义。
        Objective:To explore the status of urinary calculi in patients from Lunan area,and to provide the evidence for local clinical prevention and treatment.Method:A total of 340 samples of urinary calculi from Lunan area were collected.The composition of urinary calculi was detected by infrared spectroscopy and the clinical data were also analyzed.Result:In 340 cases of stone samples,the age was 12-89 years old,with the mean age of(53.36±25.46)years old,and the age of high incidence was 45-59 years old.The male to female ratio was 2.271 and the ratio of upper and lower urinary calculi was 7.501.Pure stones accounted for 52.65% and mixed stones accounted for 47.35%.In the composition of various urinary calculi,calcium oxalate stones were the most in 255 cases(75.00%),followed by uric acid stones in 121 cases(35.59%)and infection stones in 110 cases(32.35%).The highest detection of calcium oxalate stones and uric acid stones were respectively found in the young group(19-44 years old)and the elderly group(over 60 years old).The detection rate of calcium oxalate stones in the upper urinary tract was higher than that in the lower urinary tract,and the detection rate of uric acid stones in the lower urinary tract was higher than that in the upper urinary tract.Conclusion:The urinary calculi in Lunan area is dominated by calcium oxalate,and there is difference in age,gender,incidence site and area.This is of great significance for local clinical control.
