门静脉系血栓形成的诊治进展

<正>门静脉系血栓形成(portal vein systemic thrombosis,PVST)是指门静脉系统包括肝内门静脉、门静脉主干、肠系膜上静脉及脾静脉管腔部分或完全被血栓阻塞,其特征是血凝块形成而中断门静脉的入肝血流。Balfour和Stewart[1]于1868年首次对肝硬化合并PVST患者进行报道,此后越来越多的学者对PVST进行了充分研究。尽管近几年关于PVST诊治已经取得了许多进展,但对PVST的
