针灸联合康复护理促进脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱恢复探究

摘要
目的探讨针灸联合康复护理促进脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱恢复的具体效果。方法回顾性分析该院接治的脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者的一般资料,时间段为2018年1—7月间,在获得患者同意后选取74例患者进行研究,然后采用数字随机法随机分组,分别为对照组和实验组,每组均包含37例患者。对照组患者实施康复护理,实验组在实施康复护理的同时实施针灸进行治疗,根据两组患者的治疗效果和治疗前后膀胱容量和残余尿量进行对比。结果该次研究成果显示,患者的治疗有效率对比,实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的膀胱残余尿量和膀胱容量均获得改善,但实验组的改善程度更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者中,给予康复护理的同时再试试针灸进行治疗,效果明显优于单一的康复护理,能够改善其膀胱功能,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury. Methods 74 patients were selected after receiving consent from January 2018 to July 2018. Then the patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group and experimental group, each group consisted of 37 patients. The patients in the control group were treated with rehabilitation nursing, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with acupuncture at the same time. According to the curative effect of the two groups and the bladder volume before and after treatment Volume and residual urine volume were compared. Results The results of this study showed that the therapeutic efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the bladder residual urine volume and bladder volume of the two groups were improved, but the improvement degree of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury, the effect of rehabilitation nursing and acupuncture treatment is obviously better than that of single rehabilitation nursing, and it can improve the bladder function of patients with spinal cord injury. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
