李方玲运用健脾补肾汤诊治肾病综合征的经验

摘要
本文整理李方玲主任医师运用健脾补肾汤治疗脾肾气虚型肾病综合征的临床经验体会,以供同道参考。李先生认为蛋白为水谷之精微,尿泄而出,属于肾不藏精、精微不固、脾不升清、清阳下陷。健脾补肾汤适用于临床以蛋白尿为主的各种肾炎综合征、肾病综合征、糖尿病肾病,或有活动后尿蛋白增加(直立性蛋白尿)辨证为脾肾气虚者。临床治疗有效的标志:用药后开始体力恢复,然后水肿消退,尿检才开始好转。中医病机辨识准确,需守方长服,疗程宜长,服药大约一年半至两年时间。
This article summarizes the clinical experience of li fangling, chief physician, in the treatment of spleen-kidney qi deficiency nephrotic syndrome with jianpi bushen decoction.Mr. Li believes that the protein is the essence of water and grain, and the urine is discharged, which belongs to the kidney not storing essence, the essence is not solid, the spleen is not clear, and the qingyang depression.Jianpi bushen decoction is suitable for all kinds of nephritis syndrome, nephrotic syndrome, diabetic nephropathy, or the syndrome of spleen-kidney qi deficiency caused by increased urinary protein(orthostatic proteinuria).Signs of clinical success: strength begins to return after treatment, edema subsides, and urine testing begins to improve.TCM pathogenesis identification is accurate, and the patient should take the medicine for a long period of time, about one and a half to two years.
