摘要
目的对小儿止泻巴布剂进行体外抑菌及皮肤刺激性试验,为其临床应用提供实验依据。方法采用平皿法观察小儿止泻巴布剂浸膏对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单孢杆菌的抑菌效果从而确定最低抑菌浓度;应用新西兰兔完整皮肤及破损皮肤进行试验,考察小儿止泻巴布剂对新西兰兔皮肤刺激性反应。结果小儿止泻巴布剂最低抑菌浓度(MIC):金黄色葡萄球菌100mg/m L,大肠埃希菌400mg/m L,铜绿假单孢杆菌800mg/m L。新西兰兔完整皮肤组多次给药后两侧皮肤无红斑水肿,破损皮肤组出现轻度红斑及轻度水肿。结论小儿止泻巴布剂有一定的抑菌作用,对新西兰兔完整皮肤无刺激性,对破损皮肤有轻度刺激性。
        Objective To investigate the antibacterial effect and skin irritation test of Xiao'er Zhixie cataplasm in vitro to provide experimental basis for its clinical application. Methods Xiao'er Zhixie cataplasm was extracted by culture dish method and cocultured with Escherichia Coli, Staphylococcus Aureus, and Pseudomonas Aeruginosa to determine the minimum inhibitory concentrations(MICs). New Zealand rabbits were divided into intact skin group and damaged skin group to test irritation reaction with Xiao'er Zhixie cataplasm. Results The MICs of Xiao'er Zhixie cataplasm on Escherichia Coli, Staphylococcus Aureus, and Pseudomonas Aeruginosa were 100, 400, and800 mg/m L, respectively. No erythema and edema was observed on both sides skin of New Zealand rabbits in the intact skin group after multiple dosing, while the damaged skin group appeared mild erythema and edema. Conclusion Xiao'er Zhixie cataplasm has some antibacterial effect, no irritation to rabbits' intact skin, and mild irritation to damaged skin.
