摘要
生鲜农产品的新鲜度不仅会影响消费需求,也会影响变质损失。文章不仅考虑了新鲜度和销售价格对顾客需求的共同影响,还构建了变质率随新鲜度下降而增加的函数关系,分别研究了一个零售商和一个分销商组成的二级生鲜农产品供应链的分散决策和一体化决策库存模型。以实际算例进行的灵敏度分析发现:不论是一体化决策还是分散决策,零售商最优的补货量都随着初始新鲜度的提升而增加,且二者的差距也随之越来越大;其系统利润都随着初始新鲜度的提高而增加;与之对应的是,分销商变质损耗调节因子越大,其系统总利润都会随之降低;顾客对价格因子的敏感性越高,两种决策模式的系统总利润都会随之下降。
