MC1R基因在狄高肉鸡配套系羽色纯化中的应用

研究以MC1R基因为鸡羽色性状候选基因,以狄高肉鸡配套系为研究对象,采用序列测定和遗传标记等技术,分析了狄高肉鸡配套系羽色与MC1R基因之间的关系。结果表明,在狄高肉鸡MC1R基因编码区共检测到8个SNP位点,构建了3个单倍型。单倍型1为有色羽AB系与C系主要单倍型,单倍型2为隐性白羽D系主要单倍型,单倍型3是AB系变异单倍型。建立的MC1R基因HaeⅡPCR-RFLP遗传标记,可用于狄高肉鸡SNP5基因分型与单倍型3的检测。研究结果对了解狄高肉鸡配套系羽色传递规律以及羽色纯化具有重要意义。
In this study, MC1 R gene was used as a candidate gene for chicken feather color traits, and the relationship between feather color and MC1 R gene of Tegel meat chicken was analyzed by using sequence analysis and genetic markers. The results showed that 8 SNP loci were detected in the coding region of MC1 R gene, and three haplotypes were constructed. Haplotype 1 was the main haplotype of the colored feather AB and C lines, haplotype 2 was the main haplotype of the recessive white feather D line, and haplotype 3 was the variant haplotype of the AB line. The MC1 R gene Hae Ⅱ PCR-RFLP genetic marker was established, which could be used for the detection of SNP5 genotype and haplotype 3 in Tegel meat chicken. The results were of great significance for understanding the feather color transmission law and purifing feather color in Tegel meat chicken.
