摘要
针对四川省成都市2015年11月发生的一起纯地下室垮塌事故,2018年7月发生的一起纯地下室底板上浮、开裂、喷水事故,从设计及施工角度进行考察、分析,指出造成事故的主要原因:前者是施工超载引起基础柱周直剪破坏,后者是设计抗浮水位标高取值偏小引起。再次建议《混凝土结构设计规范》或《建筑地基基础设计规范》增加钢筋混凝土基础(承台)柱(桩)周直剪计算公式。
In view of a pure basement collapse accident in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, in November 2015, and a pure basement floor floating, cracking and water spraying accident in July 2018, the main causes of the accident were investigated and analyzed from the point of view of design and construction. The former is the direct shear damage around the foundation column caused by construction overload, and the latter is caused by the low value of the design floating water level. Again, it is suggested that the formula for calculating the circumferential direct shear of column(pile) of reinforced concrete foundation(cap) should be added to Code for design of concrete structures or Code for design of building foundation.
