摘要
目的探讨纹美瞳线与干眼症发病的关系。方法收集2013年9月至2016年12月于内蒙古医科大学附属医院眼科就诊的女性干眼症患者100例(200只眼)的临床资料。全部患者均纹刺过美瞳线,设为病例组。患者年龄为24~42岁,平均年龄为(28.5±8.3)岁;纹美瞳线的时间为2~8年,平均时间为(4.5±2.5)年。另选取未纹美瞳线及眼线的女性健康查体者100例(200只眼),设为对照组,年龄为23~44岁,平均年龄为(29.1±7.8)岁。比较两组研究对象的眼表疾病指数(OSDI)评分、角膜荧光染色评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)及泪液分泌试验(SIT)结果。病例组和对照组的OSDI评分、角膜荧光染色评分、SIT结果及BUT采用均数±标准差(x珋±s)表示,采用独立样本t检验进行组间均数比较。结果病例组患者的OSDI评分显示有轻度或中度的干眼症状,SIT结果倾向异常,BUT结果提示泪膜不稳定。病例组及对照组的OSDI评分分别为7.90±2.50及16.20±6.40,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=10.80,P<0.05)。病例组及对照组的角膜荧光染色评分分别为2.88±0.73及1.34±0.52,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=17.24,P<0.05)。病例组及对照组的SIT分别为(9.30±0.88)mm及(12.68±1.17)mm,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=23.06,P<0.05)。病例组及对照组的BUT分别为(4.17±0.89)s及(11.02±0.16)s,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=37.63,P<0.05)。结论纹美瞳线与干眼症的发生具有相关性。但纹美瞳线对于干眼症的病程及治疗的影响仍需进一步探讨。
        Objective Researching and observing the relationship of tattooing contact lenses and dry eye.Methods The clinical data of 100 female dry eye patients( 200 eyes) were collected from September 2013 to December 2016 in the ophthalmology department of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University.All the patients were set up as case group.The age of the patients were from 24 to 42 years,the age range were( 28.5±8.3) years,and the time of the tattoo pupil was from 2 to 8 years,and the age range were( 4.5±2.5) years.Another 100 female healthy subjects( 200 eyes) were selected as control group.The age were from 23 to 44 years and the range age were( 29.1 ± 7.8) years.Compared the scores of these two groups ocular surface disease index( OSDI),fluorescein vital staining,tear break-up time( BUT) and lacrimal secretion test( SIT).The OSDI score,corneal fluorescein staining score,SIT result and BUT in case group and control group were all expressed by mean ±standard deviation( x珋± s).An independent sample t-test was used to compare the average number of groups.Results The OSDI score of the patients in the case group showed mild or moderate dry eye symptoms,and the SIT results tended to be abnormal,and the BUT results suggested that the tear film was unstable.The OSDI scores in the case group and the control group were( 7.90± 2.50) and( 16.20 ± 6.40) respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( t = 10.8,P < 0.05).The corneal fluorescent staining scores in the case group and the control group were( 2.88± 0.73) and( 1.34 ± 0.52) respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( t = 17.24,P<0.05).The SIT in the case group and the control group were( 9.30 ± 0.88) mm and( 12.68 ± 1.17) mm respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( t = 23.06,P<0.05).Pattern of cosmetic contact lenses and a control group of BUT group respectively( 4.17 ± 0.89) s,( 11.02 ± 0.16) s,the two groups,the difference was statistically significant( t = 37.63,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between the striate eye pupil and the occurrence of dry eye.However,the influence of the tattoo pupil line on the course and treatment of dry eye should be further explored.
