经皮脊柱内镜腰椎间盘切除术并发症及其应对策略
摘要
经皮脊柱内镜腰椎间盘切除术(percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy,PELD)近年来已成为治疗腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症和盘源性腰痛等腰椎退行性疾病的重要手段之一,然而关于该手术并发症的种类、原因、对策,国内尚缺乏系统与全面的总结。我们必须认识到PELD手术并发症对于每位医师都是一个巨大的挑战,故为系统全面的了解、阐述和应对PELD手术并发症,本文将其综述如下。
