摘要
为实现各类油品的合理化利用,采用HZSM-5分子筛催化剂对油酸进行催化裂化试验,考察了油酸裂化液体产物的成分及品质,深入探究了油酸裂化的中间过程。结果表明:油酸裂化液体产物主要成分是芳香烃类物质,含量为87. 41%,密度为798. 1 kg/m~3,酸价(KOH)为4. 36 mg/g,黏度为0. 74 mPa·s,皂化值(KOH)为9. 63 mg/g,硫含量为0. 000 4%。液体产物与石化汽油品质相似,硫含量更低,辛烷值更高,品质较好。油酸本身不含芳香烃,经催化裂化生成了较多芳香烃类物质,其中液体产物中对二甲苯含量最高,为37. 02%。
In order to realize the rational utilization of various oils,the cracking experiment of oleic acid catalyzed by HZSM-5 molecular sieve was carried out.The composition and quality of oleic acid cracking liquid product and intermediate process of oleic acid cracking were investigated.The results showed that the main component of oleic acid cracking liquid product was aromatic hydrocarbon,accounting for 87.41%.The density,acid value,viscosity,saponification value and sulfur content of the liquid product were 798.1 kg/m~3,4.36 mg KOH/g,0.74 mPa·s,9.63 mg KOH/g and 0.000 4% respectively.The liquid product was similar in quality to petrochemical gasoline,with lower sulfur content,higher octane number and better quality.Oleic acid itself did not contain aromatic hydrocarbons,and more aromatic hydrocarbons were formed by catalytic cracking.The content of paraxylene was the highest,accounting for 37.02%.
