摘要
2016年2月,襄阳职业技术学院与北京海天装饰集团共建了混合所有制的"海天建筑工程学院",成为利益共同体,校企合作进入新阶段。为提升人才培养质量,海天建筑工程学院不断探索产学合作机制,创新协同育人模式、建设新的治理体系。经过多年探索,海天建筑工程学院实现了学校和企业深度互融格局,实现了人才共育、过程共管、成果共享、责任共担,突破了高职教育改革发展的瓶颈。研究成果有五大创新。一是理念创新,提出"1+4+N"混合所有制理论框架和方法体系,校园文化引入工匠精神,培养学生职业化素养。二是育人模式创新,创建完善了"三纵七横"的现代学徒制人才培养新模式。三是运行机制创新,建立了一体化运行机制和管理制度。四是课程体系创新和教学模式创新,构建了完整的企业课程体系,建立了分层分类教学模式和"1+0.5+1+0.5"教学组织模式。五是管理技术创新,实现信息管理的数字化,提高了学生学习效率。
        In February 2016, Xiangyang Polytechnic and Beijing Haitian Decoration Group jointly established the"Haitian School of Architecture and Engineering"with mixed ownership, which became a community of interests, and the school-enterprise cooperation entered a new stage. Focusing on the fundamental task of improving the quality of talents, we constantly explore the mechanism of industry-university cooperation, innovate a collaborative education model, and build a new governance system. After years of exploration, Haitian School of Architecture and Engineering has realized a deep integration of schools and enterprises, and realized the commonality of talents, process co-management, sharing of results, and shared responsibility, breaking through the bottleneck of the reform and development of higher vocational education. There are five major innovations in the research results. The first is the concept innovation, and put forward the theoretical framework and method system of "1+4+N"mixed ownership.The second is the innovation of the education model, creating and perfecting a new model of modern apprenticeship training for "three verticals and seven horizontals". The third is the innovation of operational mechanism and the establishment of an integrated operational mechanism and management system.The fourth is the innovation of the curriculum system and the innovation of the teaching model, constructing a complete enterprise curriculum system, establishing a hierarchical classification teaching model and a"1+0.5+1+0.5"teaching organization model. The fifth is to manage technological innovation, realize the digitization of information management, and improve the learning efficiency of students.
