摘要
介绍了旧式口腔医学教育模式的缺点:课程安排不集中,专业课时长较短,人文教育方式僵硬,自我思考推动力不足。分析了模块化专业教育改革的方案:建立一致的专业课程新体制,形成虚实结合的技能培训新模式,施行客观公正的技能考核新方案,优化师资培养新机制,完善激励政策,扩展课外教学新内容。阐述了口腔医学专业教育体制改革的目标:开阔学生视野,形成积极的良性竞争,提高学生的学习积极性和主动性。
The shortcomings of the old model of stomatology education were introduced,such as the lack of centralized curriculum arrangement,short professional class hours,rigid humanistic education mode and insufficient self-thinking impetus. It analyses the reform plan of modular professional education: to establish a new system of professional courses,to form a new model of skill training combining reality with reality,to implement a new objective and fair scheme of skill assessment,to optimize the new mechanism of teacher training,to improve incentive policies,and to expand the new content of extra-curricular teaching. It expounds the objectives of the educational system reform of stomatology specialty:broadening students' horizons,forming positive competition,and improving students' learning enthusiasm and initiative.
