我国职业教育终身化发展的障碍与路径

摘要
我国社会形势的不断变化以及各项人才需求与发展战略的提出,成为了职业教育终身化发展的基本诉求。当前,我国职业教育终身化理念及长效机制欠缺,同社会培训的衔接机制不畅,职业教育人才培养体系滞后社会发展等成为了职业教育终身化发展的主要障碍。因此,要在目标层面促进职业教育学习者与经济社会的协同发展,在服务对象层面具有全纳属性,在路径层面构建职业教育终身化体系。
The constant changes in China's social situation and the introduction of various talent demand and development strategies have become the basic pursuit of the lifelong development of vocational education. At present, the concept of lifelong education and long-term mechanism of vocational education in China is insufficient,and the connection mechanism with social training is not smooth. The development of vocational education personnel training system lags behind the social development, which has become the main obstacle to the lifelong development of vocational education. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the coordinated development of vocational education learners and the economic society at the target level, to have inclusive attributes at the service target level, and to construct a lifelong education system for vocational education at the path level.
