摘要

随着科学技术的迅猛发展,专利管理在企业生产经营活动中的作用越来越明显。企业加强专利管理,能推动科技创新,促进企业市场竞争力的有效提升,确保企业健康平稳发展。尤其是油价断崖式下跌后持续低迷,石油企业在"寒冬期"如何加强专利管理更是企业的重点、难点问题。本文试就石油企业专利管理工作方面存在的问题深度剖析原因,分析了现状,对今后工作提出了思考。
        Rapid development of science and technology makes patent administration more and more important in enterprise production and operation activities.Strengthening enterprise patent administration contributes to driving scientific and technological innovation,accelerating enterprise market competitiveness and ensuring its sound and stable development.Especially at the oil enterprise continuous depression period after sharp fall of oil price,how to strengthen patent administration is more important and difficult to the oil enterprise.This paper attempts to analyze the problem in oil enterprise patent administration work and think deeply the future work.
