基于SSH2框架的专利管理系统的开发与设计

摘要
针对传统的EXCEL表格专利管理工作比较落后且无法满足现代化信息量需求的缺点,文中提出并开发一种基于SSH2框架的专利管理系统。该系统通过分析建模当前专利管理过程中的信息流数据,并结合与分析使用单位的功能需求,得到专利管理系统的流程与用例图,接着基于系统分析与设计最终实现了专利管理系统的开发、部署与设计。基于SSH2框架的专利管理系统的实现,大幅推动了知识产权服务与网络信息化的建设与完善。通过一段时间的运行,本系统可以达到预期目的与功能,促进了知识产权管理的发展。
In view of shortcoming that the traditional EXCEL form patent management is relatively backward and cannot meet the needs of modern information,this paper proposes and develops a patent management system based on SSH2 framework. The system through analysis and modeling of flow of information data in the process of current patent management,and combined with the analysis of user's requirements,get the process and use case diagram of patent management system,then based on the system analysis and design,the design,development and deployment of patent management system is implemented finally. The implementation of patent management system based on SSH2 framework greatly promot and improve the construction of intellectual property services and information network. After a period of operation,the system can achieve the expected purpose and function,and promote the development of intellectual property management.
