爵床在“截断”胃癌前期病变中的作用初探

摘要
"截断疗法"是指对于多种急性传染病应先证用药,早期截断病情的传变,遏制疾病的发展。慢性病的发展亦有一定趋势,因此认为"截断疗法"同样适用于胃癌前病变等慢性病的防治。爵床的清热解毒、利湿消积、活血生新功效,切合胃癌前病变的关键病机(瘀毒内郁),临床安全有效,可作为截断胃癌前病变自然发展和迁延的专病专药。
"Truncation therapy"refers to the prior medication in a variety of acute infectious diseases,which could cut off the disease transformation in early stage and suppress the disease development. There is also a certain trend in the development of chronic diseases,so it considers that truncation therapy can be applied in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases such as gastric precancerous lesions. Rostellularia procumbens( L.) Nees shows the effects of clearing heat-toxicity,promoting diuresis for removing food retention and activiting blood circulation for promoting tissue regeneration,which corresponds with the key pathogenesis of gastric precancerous lesions( internal stagnation of blood stasis and toxin). It is safe and effective in clinic,and can be used as the specific drug for cutting off the natural and prolonged development of gastric precancerous lesions.
