自体血回输在产科手术中的应用研究进展

<正>产科出血是导致孕产妇死亡的主要原因之一,虽然通过异体输血、腹主动脉球囊阻断、血液稀释等血液保护技术可以减少出血,但仍有部分孕产妇会出现大出血。自体血回输(IOCS)是推荐的另一种血液保护措施。2015年,美国麻醉医师协会联合产科麻醉与围产医学会共同发布的产科麻醉实践指南明确指出,对于难治性出血患者,当库存血不足或患者拒绝输注
