摘要
绩效考核作为企业战略落地的指挥棒,是企业发展的核心部分。建筑企业可以通过行之有效的绩效考核,对组织或员工的工作进行全面考核,结合组织目标和员工的岗位给予相应的奖励或惩罚,从而充分调动其积极性,推动企业高质量发展。论文结合实际工作经历,从当前建筑施工企业在绩效考核方面存在的一些问题进行分析,旨在进一步优化建筑施工企业的绩效考核体系。
Performance appraisal, as the baton of enterprise strategy implementation, is the core part of enterprise development. Construction enterprises can conduct comprehensive assessment of the work of the organization or employees through effective performance assessment, and give corresponding rewards or punishments in combination with organizational goals and employees' positions, so as to fully mobilize their enthusiasm and promote the high-quality development of the enterprise. Based on the actual work experience, this paper analyzes some problems existing in the performance appraisal of construction enterprises, aiming to further optimize the performance appraisal system of construction enterprises.
