大资管时代中国资产管理业务的发展及监管对策

摘要
随着经济的发展和居民财富的日益增多,资产管理业务己经成为金融机构极其重要的服务领域。资产管理业务在不同金融机构的业务准入、业务经营和投资范围等方面的限制被逐步打破,使资产管理业务呈现出跨行业、多极化与多层次的混业竞争格局。通过对资产管理业务发展现状的分析,帮助不同金融资管机构找准自身定位,寻求以功能监管为核心的监管模式,创设金融监督管理委员会,从容应对日益激烈的资产管理业务竞争,促进资产管理业务更为快速高效的发展。
Asset management has gradually become one of the most important industries of financial service industries with the growth of economy and the increase of the human wealth.However,with the continuous financial innovation,the access restrictions,business restrictions and investment scope of asset management in different financial institutions have been broken and a cross-industrial,multi-polarized,multi-leveled competitive situation has been formed.Based on the analysis of the present situation of asset management business,the paper intends to help the different financial companies to identify their location,seek a functional supervision,and create a financial supervisory commission so that they can calmly deal with the increasingly fierce competition in the asset management business competition,and promote a more rapid and efficient development of asset management business.
