互联网平台开展私募投资基金业务模式及风险探析

摘要
近年来,我国私募投资基金监管框架的不断完善为互联网平台开展相关业务起到了积极引导作用,互联网平台应规范平台业务流程,通过提供定制化的买方对接方案、配套基金财产份额转让功能并便利化工商登记措施以快速形成竞争优势。同时,相关部门需要进一步明确互联网平台开展私募投资基金业务的业务规则并界定平台责任,完善备案制度,健全监管措施,严防互联网金融风险。
In recent years, regulatory framework of private investment fund has played a guiding role for internet platform. Platform should standardize business process and besidesformulate competitive advantages through providingspecific recommendation service,implementing transaction functionandfacilitating commercial registration process. Supervision department should establish the governance rules for the platform business and clarify its responsibility so as to consummate the regulatory framework and prevent the internet financial risk.
