摘要
"中央厨房"模式作为融媒体时代业务探索的一种运行机制,将帮助媒体机构充分发挥各媒体平台优势。传统媒体机构借助其本身的权威性和公信力,在业务层面重塑采编发关键业务流程,协同模式支撑并行业务架构,在组织机制层面,不断深化优化改革措施,实现在融合媒体纵深推进阶段的华丽转身。故结合现阶段融媒体业务模式的发展,以及我台业务实际,对"中央厨房"模式的应用阐述一些个人的观点。
        "Central Kitchen" as an operation mechanism in convergent media era, will help the media institutions to take the advantages of each media platform. With the help of its authority and credibility, traditional media institutions reshape the key business process at the operational level and apply the collaborative model to support parallel business architecture. At the organizational mechanism level, they constantly deepen the reform to achieve the magnificent turn on the media integration stage. In view of the current development of media business and the reality of TV station, this paper illustrates some personal views on the application of "central kitchen".
