摘要
为了研究饲粮代谢能和粗蛋白水平对8~11周龄东兰乌鸡生产性能、营养物质表观消化率和血清生化指标的影响,试验选取810只8周龄东兰乌鸡并随机分成9个处理组,每个处理设3个重复,每个重复30只鸡,进行营养代谢试验。饲粮设置3个代谢能水平(11. 39 MJ/kg、11. 97 MJ/kg、12. 55 MJ/kg)、3个粗蛋白水平(15%、17%、19%),共9种饲粮,每组试验鸡随机分配一种饲粮,试验为期4周。结果表明:饲粮代谢能和蛋白质水平对8~11周龄东兰乌鸡平均日采食量影响不显著(P>0. 05),对平均日增重、料重比、代谢能表观消化率、粗蛋白表观消化率、尿酸含量、总蛋白含量和白蛋白含量影响明显。综合试验结果:以平均日增重和血清尿酸含量为指标,8~11周龄东兰乌鸡适宜代谢能和粗蛋白水平分别为11. 97 MJ/kg和17%;以料重比和营养物质表观消化率为指标,8~11周龄东兰乌鸡适宜代谢能和粗蛋白水平分别为12. 55 MJ/kg和19%。
To investigate the effects of dietary metabolizable energy( ME) and crude protein( CP) levels on growth performance,nutrition apparent metabolic rate and biochemical parameter of Donglan black-bone chicken aged from 8 to 11 weeks,810 Donglan black-bone chickens were selected and randomly allocated into 9 groups with 3 replication per group and 30 chickens per replication. Meanwhile,the experiment was designed with 2 factors,included 3 ME levels( 11. 39、11. 97 and 12. 55 MJ/kg) and 3 CP levels( 15%、17% and 19%) with a total of 9 kinds of diets. Then chickens in each experimental group were fed with one kind of diet in different ME and CP levels for 4 weeks. The results shows that the interaction of dietary ME level and CP level had no significant influence on ADFI( P> 0. 05),but had significant influence on ADG,F/G,ME apparent metabolic rate,CP apparent metabolic rate,UA,TP and ALB. In conclusion,based on the growth performance and UA,the appropriate dietary ME and CP additional levels for Donglan black-bone chicken was 11. 97 MJ/kg and 17%. Furthermore,measured with F/G and nutrition apparent metabolic rate,the appropriate dietary ME and CP levels was 12. 55 MJ/kg and 19% respectively.
