摘要
矿业经济发展必须适应生态环境保护、安全生产和资源高效利用的国家可持续发展战略,推广和采用充填法采矿是实现该发展战略的主要内容之一。当前采用充填法开采破碎矿体存在的普遍问题是生产效率低、充填成本高,企业担心影响经济效益而有所顾虑。某铅锌多金属矿,大部分矿岩破碎,前期采用浅孔留矿法,采场垮塌严重,贫化损失大,生态环境保护和安全生产条件差。针对该矿的开采技术条件,设计改为废石分段充填法开采,通过优化改进,提高了生产能力,降低了贫化损失,安全生产条件和矿区生态环境得到了改善,并产生了良好的经济效益。
The development of mining economic must adapt to the national sustainable development strategy of the ecological environment protection,safety production and resources efficient utilization,promoting and applying the filling mining method is one of the main contents of achieving the development strategy.At present,the common problem of mining fractured ore body by filling method is low production efficiency and high filling cost,therefore enterprises are worried about that economic benefits will be affected.The ore-rock are mostly fractured in a lead-zinc polymetallic mine,the shallow hole method was adopted in the early stage,the stope collapsed seriously with high depletion loss,serious ecological environment and poor production conditions.Waste rock sublevel filling mining method was recommended according to the mining technical conditions.Through optimization and improvement,the production capacity was improved and the depletion loss was reduced,safety production conditions and ecological environment were significantly improved,with good economic benefits produced.
