摘要
系统地阐述了豫西某金矿矿石组成、矿石类型和矿石特征等原矿基本特性,针对该金矿选矿工艺流程和生产中存在的问题,结合现场生产实际从碎矿、磨矿、粒度分级、浮选工艺、设备改造和药剂制度等方面对原选矿工艺进行改造和优化,实现了选矿厂大规模化生产,提高了金精矿品位和金总回收率,降低了选矿生产成本,为该金选厂的综合经济效益和可持续发展奠定了重要基础。
        The ore composition, ore types and ore characteristics of the some gold mine in the west of Henan are described. Aiming at the problems in the gold ore dressing process flow and production, combined with the production practice from crushing, grinding, classification, flotation process, equipment, reagent system and other aspects, the research reforms and optimizes original dressing process, realizing the large scale production of dressing plant,improving the gold concentrate grade and recovery rate of the gold, reducing the production cost, and laying an important foundation for the comprehensive economic benefits and sustainable development of the gold mine.
