摘要
对专用于动力煤分选的2GHMC1400/1000AP型无压给料两段两产品重介质旋流器,以谢桥选煤新厂为例,用详实的资料分析分选50mm~0mm粒级原料煤的生产条件下的试验结果。结果表明:采用无压给料两段两产品重介质旋流器可达到以低密度悬浮液系统完成高密度排矸的目的。
        The 2GHMC1400/1000AP type of unpressurized feeding two-stage two-product dense medium cyclone was dedicated to steam coal separation.Taking Xieqiao new coal preparation plant for example,the testing results under the condition of selecting raw coal particles ranging from 50 mm~0 mm were analyzed.It showed that the unpressurized feeding two-stage two-product dense medium cyclone could achieve the aim of discharging the high-density coal gangue by use of low-density suspended liquid system.
