海上油田生产井中的负压射孔方式研究

摘要
疏松砂岩油藏储层岩石强度较低,若采用负压射孔完井方式容易造成地层出砂,甚至砂卡射孔枪。针对海上疏松砂岩油藏,储层射孔段跨度比较大的难点,采用近平衡正压射孔与负压返涌分两趟作业的模式。但根据储层物性特点,可适当的优化射孔管柱结构,实现一趟管柱同时兼顾射孔与负压返涌,达到联作的作业目的,一则有利于降本增效,二则也有利于油层保护,提高油井产能。
        Negative pressure perforation completion is incapable of perforating multiple layers of large span because of its technical limits,and is likely to trigger formation sand production and even plug the perforating gun due to the low rock strength in unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs. In this paper, the difficulties of large-span perforation in offshore unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs were pointed out, and the model of the perforating with near-balanced pressure and induced flow with negative pressure was put forward. But according to the reservoir characteristics, the perforating string structure can be appropriately optimized to realize the perforation and negative pressure induced flow with one string at the same time, which can reach the purpose of combination operation. It is beneficial to reduce cost, increase efficiency,protect oil reservoirs and improve the oil well productivity.
