脑卒中主要照护者自我效能影响因素分析及护理对策
摘要
目的:分析脑卒中主要照护者自我效能水平及其影响因素。方法:采用一般资料问卷、改良Barthel指数量表一般自我效能量表及社会支持评定量表调查70例脑卒中患者及其70位主要照护者自我效能水平及其影响因素。结果:照护者的自我效能水平处于中低等水平,患者性别、诊断类型、自理程度、并发症、社会支持是照护者自我效能的影响因素。结论:脑卒中主要照护者的自我效能水平普遍偏低;护理人员应重视并尝试采取多种干预方式提高照护者的自我效能水平。
