摘要
平板显示器在生产过程的贴合工序中一般都会产生微小的气泡,这种气泡会对显示效果产生不良影响,甚至造成产品报废。除泡工序的目的就是为了消除这种微小气泡。除泡设备的工艺方法会对产品性能产生决定性的作用。掌握工艺原理对提高除气泡的效果具有一定的积极意义。
Tiny bubbles usually occur in the process of laminating process in flat panel display production, which will have a negative impact on the display effect, even cause product scrap. The purpose of bubble eliminating process is to remove these tiny bubbles. The process method of bubble eliminating equipment will play a decisive role in product performance.
