快速康复理念护理模式运用在破裂颅内动脉瘤患者围手术期的临床效果

摘要
目的:研究快速康复理念护理模式在破裂颅内动脉瘤患者围手术期运用的临床效果。方法:选取我院采用显微夹闭手术治疗的96例破裂颅内动脉瘤患者,随机分为两组,每组48例,观察组和对照组分别采用快速康复理念护理模式干预和常规围手术期护理模式干预,分析两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,观察组住院时间和症状消失时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组护理满意度89. 59%,对照组72. 92%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); 3个月后患者根据MRS评分,预后良好率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:围手术期运用快速康复理念护理干预模式,使颅内动脉瘤患者术后并发症少,护理满意度高,恢复快,缩短患者的住院时间,提高治疗效果。
Objective: To study and analyze the clinical effect of applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation in perioperative nursing of ruptured intracranial aneurysm patients. Methods: A retrospective study of 96 ruptured intracranial aneurysm patients admitted to our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into control and observation groups,48 cases in each group,of which the control groups were given traditional routine nursing care,the observation groups were given rapid rehabilitation nursing mode. The nursing effects of the two groups was analysed. Results: The incidence of complications,average stay,remission were lower in the observation groups than that in the control groups. There were significant differences between the two groups( P < 0. 05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation groups was 89. 59%,the control groups was72. 92%. According to the patients MRS score after 3 months; the nursing effects of the two groups were distinctly different( P < 0. 05). Conclusions: The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing mode in the perioperative period of ruptured intracranial aneurysm patients,can reduce post operative complications and staying time; improve facilitate recovery and patients,satisfaction.
