摘要
目的了解精神专科医院护士心理弹性及自我同情的现状,分析两者之间的相互关系,为护理管理者制定提高临床护士心理健康举措提供参考依据。方法选择广州市某三级甲等精神专科医院的临床护士381名,采用心理弹性量表、自我同情量表和一般资料调查表进行调查,采用t检验、Pearson相关分析进行统计分析。结果该精神专科医院护士心理弹性得分为60.20±14.89分,显著低于普通人群,两者差异有统计学意义(t=-6.780,P<0.01);其自我同情得分(85.43±10.23分)显著低于国内其他护士人群,两者差异有统计学意义(t=-45.388,P<0.01)。相关关系分析结果显示,心理弹性总分与自我同情呈显著正相关(r=0.470,P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。回归分析显示,自我同情是心理弹性的影响因素,共可解释心理弹性变异的22.0%。结论精神专科医院护士心理弹性及自我同情水平较低,两者呈正相关关系,自我同情是心理弹性的一个重要预测变量,提示临床护理管理者可通过提高护士自我同情水平,达到促进护士心理弹性的发展和身心健康。
Objective To understand the status of resilience and self-compassion of nurses in psychiatric hospitals,analyze the relationship between them,provide sound references for nursing administrators to improve the mental health status of clinical nurses.Methods A total of 381 clinical nurses from Guangzhou Medical University Affiliated Brain Hospital(Guangzhou Huai Ai Hospital)were selected and invested by the self-compassion scale(SCS)and Conner-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)to measure the self compassion and resilience relatively.The data were analyzed by t test and Pearson correlation analysis.Results The resilience score of nurses in the psychiatric hospital was 60.20(SD:14.89),significantly lower than the general population(t=-6.780,P<0.01).The self compassion score of nurses was 85.43(SD:10.23),significantly lower than other specialized nurses(t=-45.388,P<0.01).Correlation analysis showed that the total score of resilience was significantly positively correlated with self-compassion(r=0.470,P<0.01).Regression analysis showed that self-compassion was the influencing factor of resilience,which could explain 22.0% of the variance of resilience.Conclusion Self-compassion is a significant predictor of resilience,which suggests that nurses can promote the development of resilience and mental health of nurses by improving the level of self-compassion.
