摘要

随着"公转铁"政策的稳步落实,铁路货运量大幅增加。合资铁路公司作为我国铁路的重要组成部分,同样面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。如何在调整运输结构、增加货物运量的大背景下,迅速提高安全管理质量,保证运输安全畅通有序,对合资铁路公司进一步创新发展至关重要。基于此,本文通过探究合资铁路公司运输安全现状与存在的问题,提出了加大专业人才培养力度、健全规章管理体系、加大技术设备力量投入及强化班组管理等发展对策。
        With the steady implementation of the " Highway to Railway " policy,the volume of railway cargo has increased significantly.As an important part of China's railway,JV is also facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.How to adjust the transportation structure and increase the cargo volume in the context of rapid improvement of safety management quality,ensure safe and orderly transportation,for the joint venture railway company to further innovate and develop is crucial.Based on this,this paper explores the current situation and existing problems of Transportation safety of joint venture railway company,and puts forward some development countermeasures such as increasing the training of professional talents,improving the management system of regulations,increasing the investment of technical equipment force and strengthening the management of team.
