经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床效果分析

摘要
目的探讨经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月至2018年3月我院收治的76例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者,随机分为对照组(传统非手术疗法)与观察组(经皮椎体成形术),各38例。比较两组患者治疗前后的疼痛程度、伤椎前缘高度以及生活质量。结果治疗后,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组,伤椎前缘高度高于对照组, QOL量表评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者,可改善其伤椎前缘高度,缓解疼痛,并提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods 76 cases of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures admitted to our hospital from March2016 to March 2018 were selected and divided into control group(traditional non-surgical therapy) and observation group(percutaneous vertebroplasty) randomly, with 38 cases in each group. The pain degree and anterior height of injured vertebra before and after treatment, and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the anterior height of injured vertebra was higher than that of the control group, and the QOL scale scores were higher than those of the control group(all P <0.05). Conclusions Percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures can improve the anterior height of injured vertebra, relieve the pain and improve the quality of life.
